Safe & Secure Delivery
To ensure complete satisfaction with our gift baskets, we provide efficient delivery throughout Poland and abroad. Shipping is handled by trusted delivery partners with whom we have worked successfully for many years. Gift baskets are shipped by DPD and FedEx. Every basket is packed individually with great care to ensure that transport does not affect the appearance or quality of the gift. Over 30 years in business, we have developed a reliable packing method in which all empty space inside the shipping carton is filled with biodegradable protective packing material. This prevents the basket from moving inside the box and helps protect it from mechanical damage during transport.
Every gift basket can also be collected in person from our office at Palisadowa 3 in Warsaw, with no additional delivery charge.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
The delivery time for a single gift basket depends on the delivery destination:
- Warsaw – 2 business days. Orders within Warsaw are delivered by DPD or by drivers working on behalf of Vivat.
- Delivery within Poland – 3 business days. Orders outside Warsaw are shipped by FedEx or DPD. The final delivery time depends on the destination. Courier parcels are normally delivered within 1–2 business days from the date they are collected by the courier.
- International delivery – delivery time depends on the destination country. International shipments are handled by Pocztex. International shipping costs are quoted individually depending on the destination and the size of the gift.
Domestic parcels are delivered Monday to Friday during the hours specified in the carrier’s terms and conditions, usually between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

In the run-up to Christmas and for orders of more than 20 gift baskets, processing times may be longer and must be agreed individually.
Delivery Charges
The delivery charge for a single parcel on a business day within Poland is:
1. Courier delivery – parcel up to 5 kg: PLN 20; parcel up to 10 kg: PLN 30. Parcels over 10 kg are charged according to the carrier’s rates.
2. Cash on delivery courier service: + PLN 9
3. For special occasions, Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge. To arrange this service, please contact Vivat on +48 22 835 58 35 to confirm availability and the individual delivery charge. Saturday delivery is available only after confirmation by Vivat and is offered in selected cities in Poland.
4. International delivery – the price is quoted individually after the customer informs us that international shipping is required.
