Expert note – Chopin Rye Vodka is made from specially selected rye from the Podlasie region, yeast and exceptionally pure deep-well water. The ingredients are distilled four times in small batches using one of Poland's oldest copper stills, dating from 1896, and the vodka is then filtered five times for an optimal flavour and aroma. It is not artificially flavoured. Chopin Rye has a distinctive peppery character that deliberately challenges the idea that vodka should always be completely smooth.
